- Sylvain Jean Lefebvre (born October 14, 1967) is a retired ice hockey defenceman who played on five National Hockey League teams from 1989 to 2003.
- In 2012, he became the head coach of the Hamilton Bulldogs in the American Hockey League, the Montreal Canadiens' AHL affiliate.
