James Howard Langworth (born 24 April 1973) is a Welsh cricketer.
Langworth is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium pace and who can field as a wicket-keeper.
He was born at Newport, Monmouthshire. Langworth made his Minor Counties Championship debut for Wales Minor Counties in 1995 against Herefordshire.
