- Delgado (born June 17, 1953) is a Cuban-American clinical psychologist, health care advocate, non-profit executive, and author.
- She is president and CEO of the National Alliance for Hispanic Health.
- She is the author of The Buena Salud Guide book series (Newmarket Press, 2011) and The Latina Guide to Health (Newmarket Press, 2010). In 2012 the series was acquired by William Morrow an Imprint of HarperCollins Publishers and published "Buena Salud Guide to Arthritis and Your Life."
