  • Jason Ball (born 16 January 1988) is an Australian LGBTI and mental health advocate and current political candidate.
  • In 2012 he came out as gay, becoming the second male Australian rules football player at any level to publicly come out in the national media.
  • In 2016 he stood for the Australian Greens as a candidate in the House of Representatives seat of Higgins at the federal election.
  • In 2017 he was named the Young Australian of the Year for Victoria.
  • He contested the seat of Higgins again at the 2019 Federal election, but was defeated by Liberal candidate Katie Allen.
