Jeffrey Lawrence Alm (March 31, 1968 – December 14, 1993) was an American football player who played defensive tackle for the Houston Oilers of the National Football League.
He played college football at Notre Dame.
A depth player for the Oilers and former All-American, Alm made national headlines for his suicide following a car accident that killed his best friend, caused by driving under the influence.
His death was one of several incidents in a turmoil-filled season for the Oilers franchise.
