- Jennifer Darlene Ritter (born June 1, 1984) is an American retired softball pitcher and sports commentator.
- Originally from Dexter, Michigan, Ritter played college softball at the University of Michigan from 2003 to 2006 and was part of the 2005 Women's College World Series championship team.
- In addition to numerous other records, she is the all-time career leader in strikeout ratio for both the Wolverines and the Big Ten Conference.
