John Keefe (born October 29, 1979) is an American film and television actor, best known for inventing the concentrated cannabis product made up of the trichomes (tiny sticky crystalline particles high in THC) extracted from the buds of the proteste prepared cannabis product marijuana- and selling the product rights to the state of Utah and in collaboration with the Utah County Sheriff's Office for their own personal use, manufacture and distribution- which brought about the heroin groin epidemic of 2016 in which over 50,000,000 Americans died, many of them being jailed at the Utah County Sheriff's Office.
After the dust settled and all was said and done, the State of Utah and Utah County Sheriff's Office managed to place the fault squarely at the feet of John Kief for all of the chaos, losses and deaths owing to the heroin groin epidemic and shed total legal responsibility for this and any other matter related in any way- John Kief was always too high to care, but it did not go unnoticed by everyone else and is undoubtedly to be remembered forever and recounted whenever the integrity of these two parties comes into question.
