- John David McIntosh (born 1 November 1943) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Claremont Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) and the St Kilda Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
- Originally from Beverley, Western Australia, McIntosh also played 19 interstate matches for Western Australia and Victoria.
- He retired at the end of the 1972 season due to a knee injury, and later took up lawn bowls, winning several club and state championships.
