- John Whitefield Kendrick (July 27, 1917, Brooklyn – November 17, 2009, Arlington, Virginia) was a pioneer in productivity measurement and economic accounting.Kendrick worked as an economist from 1946 to 1953 at the Office of Business Economics, the predecessor to the U.S.
- Bureau of Economic Analysis, and from 1955 to 1988 as a professor at George Washington University.
