- Joseph Lee Kok-long SBS JP PhD RN (born 14 August 1959, Macau) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Legco), representing the Health Services functional constituency.
- He is the member of Pro-democracy camp. Lee is a nurse and a Professor and Dean in the School of Nursing and Health Studies at the Open University of Hong Kong.
