- José Castro (born May 5, 1958) is a Cuban professional baseball coach in Major League Baseball (MLB) who spent 2018 as the assistant hitting coach with the Atlanta Braves.
- He was previously the hitting coach of the Seattle Mariners for part of the 2008 season and later the quality assurance coach with the 2014 Chicago Cubs.
