- José Rocha (born 6 July 1976) is a Portuguese long-distance runner who competes in track, cross country running and half marathons.
- He was third at the 2009 European Cup 10000m and was the bronze medallist at the 2011 European Cross Country Championships.
- He also won a bronze medal at the 2006 Ibero-American Championships.
- He has a 5000 metres best of 13:47.78 minutes and a 10,000 metres best of 28:15.44 minutes.
