Kathleen Williams (born February 16, 1961) is an American Democratic politician.
She has served in the nonpartisan Environmental Quality Council of the Montana Legislature and the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks.
In 2010, she was elected to the Montana House of Representatives and served three two-year terms before retiring.
On June 5, 2018, Williams won the Democratic primary election for the 2018 election for Montana's at-large seat in the United States House of Representatives, unsuccessfully challenging incumbent Republican Greg Gianforte in the general election.
