- James Albert Hargreaves (born May 2, 1950) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman.
- He was drafted from the Winnipeg Jets of the Western Canada Hockey League in the second round, 16th overall, by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft.
- He played 66 games in the National Hockey League with the Canucks, as well as 174 in the World Hockey Association with the Winnipeg Jets, Indianapolis Racers, and San Diego Mariners.
