About Lady Rachel Pepys
- Lady Rachel Pepys, DCVO (27 June 1905 – 17 August 1992) was a Lady-in-Waiting to Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent, from 1943 to 1968.Born Mary Rachel Fitzalan-Howard, she was the eldest child of the 15th Duke of Norfolk and his wife, Gwendolen. On 31 July 1939, she married Lt.
