Tammany Parish.
He was previously the Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs in the administration of former Governor Bobby Jindal.
He is also a former chief of the Civil Division of the 22nd Judicial District for St.
Tammany Parish and a former member of the Louisiana House of Representatives.
