- V were a British five-piece boyband made up of Antony Thomas Brant, Aaron Buckingham, Mark Harle, Kevin McDaid and Leon Pisani.
- There was another member of the band who was fired after the band started recording, this was due to diva like behaviour; the singer was never credited however his vocals remained on the first two singles.
- The singer sang under the name Jack James.
- James was a contestant in the first series of The X Factor.
