Lloyd Cecil Allen (born May 8, 1950) is a former pitcher for the California Angels (1969-1973), Texas Rangers (1973-1974), and Chicago White Sox (1974-1975).

He attended Selma High School (Selma, California) in Selma, California and Fresno City College.Allen was picked by the California Angels in the 1st round of the 1968 amateur draft, 12th overall.In 1969 he was the youngest player in the American League.
