- Lloyd Reginald Terrence O'Neil (born 24 June 1937) was an Australian Labor Party representative for the South Australian Division of Grey in the Australian House of Representatives.
- He served as the Member for Grey for 10 years from 5 March 1983 until his retirement on 2 February 1993.
- He is the most recent Labor representative for the Division of Grey, as the area has been held by the Liberal Party ever since.
