Phan Van Hùm (9 April 1902 – 1946) was a Vietnamese Trotskyist who took part in the Fourth International.He spent three years in Poulo Condore jail from 1939–1942.
He was killed by the Viet Minh in the days following the Japanese surrender in Vietnam at the end of World War II.
His fellow Trotskyites T? Thu Thâu and Phan Van Chánh met the same fate.
