- Mahamegha Bahan Aira Kharbela Swain (born 25 October 1953) was a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India.
- He had represented the Balasore constituency of Odisha and was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) political party.
- He is the founder of the new political party Utkal Bharat. He resigned from Utkal Bharat Party and Rejoin Bharatiya Janata Party on march 2019 in presence of central Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
