- Mark Du Plessis (born 3 October 1975, in Zimbabwe) is a horse racing jockey.
- He was champion apprentice jockey in Zimbabwe in 1994/1995 and the winner of Zimbabwe senior jockeys' championship in 1997/1998.
- He has ridden winners of 24 G1s in New Zealand and more than 1500 winners overall.
- He has ridden 60 winners in each of the last two seasons during brief stints in Hong Kong.
