- Masizole Mnqasela (born 1 March 1981) is a South African politician, currently the 7th Speaker of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament.
- He was previously a Member of Parliament with the Democratic Alliance from 2009 to 2014, the Shadow Minister of Home Affairs, and the country's third youngest parliamentarian after the African National Congress's Mduduzi Manana, and the Congress of the People's Luzelle Adams.
