- Cesar Caballero (born November 25, 1977) is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler.
- Working under the ring name Oficial Factor, he appears for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG).
- Caballero previously worked under a number of other ring names including Mega, but they are not officially acknowledged, as the enmascarado character is promoted as a separate entity from his previous characters, which is often the case when a Mexican wrestler adopts a new masked character.
