- Onyema (born 19 August 1968) is the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a position he assumed on 4 April 2011. Prior to this role, he served for over 20 years in United States financial markets and the Nigerian information technology sector.
- Onyema is the Chairman of Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Plc, the clearing house for the Nigerian capital market; he is also a Council member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS).
