About Philip Thresher
- Philip Thresher (1 March 1844 – 11 April 1883) was an English first-class cricketer. Thresher made his first-class debut for Hampshire in 1865 against Surrey.
- This was Thresher's only match in 1865. Thresher played two matches against in the 1866 season against the Marylebone Cricket Club and Surrey. Thresher's next first-class appearance for Hampshire came in the 1869 season with two matches against the Marylebone Cricket Club. Thresher died at Shepherd's Bush, London on 11 April 1883.
