- Richard Blair (born 6 March 1967) is an English former cricketer.
- He was a left-handed batsman who played for Bedfordshire.
- He was born in Stanstead, Suffolk. Blair represented Bedfordshire in the Minor Counties Championship and the MCC Trophy between 1989 and 1995, but made just a single List A appearance for the side, during the 1994 NatWest Trophy competition.
- Blair scored 21 runs in his only one-day innings.
