About Richard Mottram
- Sir Richard Clive Mottram, (born 23 April 1946) is a former British civil servant, who retired in 2007 from his most recent senior post as Permanent Secretary, Intelligence, Security and Resilience in the Cabinet Office.He serves on the board of a number of private and public sector organisations, including chairing the board of Amey PLC.
- He is a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science and member of the Advisory Board of LSE IDEAS.
- He is a trustee of the Royal Anniversary Trust, which oversees The Queen's Anniversary Prizes for Higher and Further Education.
