- Ricky Cardell Hunley (born November 11, 1961) is an American former college and professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons during the 1980s and early 1990s.
- Hunley played college football for the University of Arizona, and was twice recognized as a consensus All-American.
