  • Roger Francis Wolff (April 10, 1911 – March 23, 1994) was a professional baseball player.
  • A right-handed knuckleball pitcher, he played for seven seasons in Major League Baseball from 1941-47: three seasons with the Philadelphia Athletics, three seasons with the Washington Senators, and one season split between the Cleveland Indians and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Wolff's career win-loss record was 52-69 with an earned run average of 3.41.
  • The best season of his career was the 1945 season, when he went 20-10 with a 2.12 ERA (striking out 108 and walking 53) for the Washington Senators.
  • He also had an extensive minor league baseball career, starting in 1930 and ending with his Pirates stint in 1947.
