- Roy Wilson McNeal (June 23, 1891 – May 25, 1976) was an American football coach.
- He served as the head football coach at Southern Oregon State Normal School—now known as Southern Oregon University—in Ashland, Oregon for five seasons, from 1927 to 1931, compiling a record of 13–9–5.
- McNeal later served as professor of geography at Southern Oregon.
