- Damodaran (born 18 September 1952) is an Indian politician and was a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu. S.
- Damodaran was born in Pollachi on 18 September 1952.
- He is married and has one child.Prior to being elected to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, Damodaran was President of Thalakkarai Panchayat (1984–1989) and a member of Pollachi North Panchayat Union (1996–2001).Damodaran, who represented the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, was elected to the 14th Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from Kinathukadavu constituency in 2011.
- He had previously been elected to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from the same constituency in 2001 and 2006.Damodaran had been a minister in the Jayalalithaa-led government of 2001–2006 and she appointed him to cabinet office again in November 2011 during a reshuffle.
