Shabnim Ismail (born 5 October 1988) is a South African international cricketer who made her debut for the South African national team in January 2007.Ismail plays as a right-arm fast bowler, and is one of the fastest female bowlers in the world, with one of her deliveries in January 2016 being recorded at 128 kilometres per hour (80 mph).
She has represented her country at the 2009 and 2013 World Cups, and is currently South Africa's all-time leading wicket-taker in both the One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International formats.
