- Shyama Charan Shukla (27 February 1925 – 14 February 2007) was a veteran Indian National Congress leader and served three times as Chief Minister of undivided Madhya Pradesh. He was a member of Madhya Pradesh Legislative assembly from Rajim from year 1957 and later for years 1962, 1967,1972, 1990, 1993 and 1998.He was Chief minister of the Madhya Pradesh from 26 March 1969 to 28 January 1972, 23 December 1975 to 29 April 1977 and 9 December 1989 to 4 March 1990.He was Member of Parliament from Mahasamund in 1999.
