About Simon Corbell
- Simon Corbell (born 21 November 1970) is a former Australian politician and Deputy Chief Minister of the Australian Capital Territory.
- He was also Attorney-General, Minister for Health, Minister for the Environment and Minister for the Capital Metro.Corbell was first elected to the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly in 1997 as a member for the electorate of Molonglo in a countbank following the resignation of former Chief Minister Rosemary Follett.
- He has been a minister in the Stanhope, Gallagher and Barr governments. On 14 August 2015, Simon Corbell announced his decision to retire from politics at the 2016 Australian Capital Territory general election
