- Swapan Sadhan Bose, also known as Tutu Bose, (born 23 January 1948) was an Indian politician from All India Trinamool Congress who was a Member of the Parliament of India representing West Bengal in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament. He is also the Honorary General Secretary of the Mohun Bagan Athletic Club.
