- Henning Lund-Sørensen (born March 20, 1942) is a retired Danish football referee from Aarhus.
- He is known for having refereed one match in the 1982 FIFA World Cup in Spain, between the host nation and Yugoslavia, where he awarded a penalty to Spain for a foul by Velimir Zajec.
- When the penalty attempt was missed, he demanded that it be retaken due to encroachment by Yugoslavian goalkeeper Dragan Pantelic, whereupon it was duly scored by Juanito.
