Thomas-Chaloner Bisse-Challoner DL, JP (1788–1872) was a British militia colonel who enlarged the former country house and landscape garden in 600 acres (2.4 km2) at Portnall Park, Virginia Water.
This laid the foundation for the Wentworth Estate and much of the opulent wealth of the area, alongside its proximity for Windsor Great Park.
He inherited much of his fortune principally via his great-aunt Lydia Challoner and cousin Valentina Aynscombe.
