  • Thomas James Acker (born March 7, 1930) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher.
  • A right-hander, he was signed by the New York Giants before the 1948 season.
  • On October 14, 1951, he was traded by Buffalo with pitcher Moe Savransky to the Cincinnati Redlegs for outfielder Jim Bolger.
  • He played for the Redlegs from 1956 to 1959. The majority of Acker's 153 appearances were as a relief pitcher, but he did start 23 games.
