Thomas James Acker (born March 7, 1930) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher.
A right-hander, he was signed by the New York Giants before the 1948 season.
On October 14, 1951, he was traded by Buffalo with pitcher Moe Savransky to the Cincinnati Redlegs for outfielder Jim Bolger.
He played for the Redlegs from 1956 to 1959. The majority of Acker's 153 appearances were as a relief pitcher, but he did start 23 games.
During his career, he had 256 strikeouts in just 380.3 total innings.
