Victor Emanuel Koenning Jr.
(born February 26, 1960) is a former professional American football player, and currently serves as the defensive coordinator at West Virginia University.
He was recently defensive coordinator at Troy University.
He was the interim head coach at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 2011 and was the head football coach at the University of Wyoming from 2000 to 2002, where he compiled a record of 5–29.
