  • Leutnant Viktor von Pressentin von Rautter was a World War I flying ace credited with 15 aerial victories.Serving with Jasta 4, on 15 May 1918 von Rautter claimed a Camel flown by 2/Lt Oswald George Brittorous (killed) of 209 Squadron, over Aubercourt.
  • It was von Pressentin's ninth victory. He would amass a total of fifteen before he was killed in action against French Breguet bombers on 31 May 1918.
  • Having downed 12 of his 15 victories in the Fokker Dr.I, he's one of the most successful dreidecker pilots in the war.
