- William Patrick Fraser (born May 26, 1964), is an American former professional baseball pitcher.
- He was a first round draft pick out of Concordia College, New York.
- He pitched all or part of eight seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) between 1986 and 1995.
- Fraser played for the California Angels, Toronto Blue Jays, St.
- Louis Cardinals, Florida Marlins, and Montreal Expos.
