- William Francis Newton Dunn, (born 3 October 1941), is a British politician, and since 2019 a Liberal Democrat Member of the European Parliament for the East Midlands.Newton Dunn first represented Lincolnshire as MEP from 1979 to 1994 and for the East Midlands from 1999 to 2014.
