José Ramón Guizado Valdés (15 October 1899 – 2 November 1964) was a Panamanian politician.
He belonged to the National Patriotic Coalition (CNP).
He served as Arnulfo Arias' Second Vice President from 1949 to 1951 and Alcibíades Arosemena's First Vice President from 1951 to 1952.
In 1952, he was elected as José Antonio Remón's running mate.
He served as the first Vice President of Panama from 1952 to 1955; he took over as President of Panama following the assassination of his predecessor, and served from January 2, 1955 to March 29, 1955.
Guizado is an alum of Vanderbilt University, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the university in 1920.
