Robert Alan Attersley (August 13, 1933 – March 12, 2010) was well known as a Canadian ice hockey player who competed in the 1960 Winter Olympics.
He was born in Oshawa, Ontario, to Ernest and Marietta Attersley.
During his lifetime he owned and operated several businesses and having a political career which extended to being the mayor of Whitby.
