About Tupua Leupena
- Sir Tupua Leupena (2 August 1922 – 24 November 1996) was a political figure from the Pacific nation of Tuvalu.
- Leupena was appointed the Speaker of the Parliament from 1981 to 1985 during the prime ministerships of Toaripi Lauti and Tomasi Puapua.
