About Gong Jianya
- Gong Jianya (Chinese: ???; born 1957) is a Chinese computer scientist.
- He is a professor of computer science at the School of Geodesy and Geomatics, Wuhan University.
- He is known for various clonal selection algorithms and 3D visualizations.
- In 2001 he and his colleagues have developed vegetation temperature condition index which they used to study drought of Loess Plateau in Guanzhong.
