Elias Camsek Chin (born 10 October 1949) is a Palauan politician.
He served as the Vice President of Palau from 1 January 2005 to 15 January 2009.
He was elected as the President of the Senate of Palau from 16 January 2013 to 19 January 2017.Chin defeated incumbent Sandra Pierantozzi in vice-presidential elections held on 2 November 2004, winning 71.1% of the vote.
