Carl Harvey Greenblatt (born June 17, 1972) is an American screenwriter, producer, storyboard artist and voice actor.
He has worked on the Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants, and on the Cartoon Network's The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Evil Con Carne.
He is best known as the creator of Cartoon Network's Chowder and Nickelodeon's Harvey Beaks. Greenblatt took inspiration for his work from Jim Henson, Dr.
Seuss, and Richard Scarry.
