Julie Morgan (born 2 November 1944) is a British Labour Party politician, who has been Welsh Assembly member for Cardiff North seat in the Welsh Assembly since the 2011 elections.
She was previously Member of Parliament (MP) for Cardiff North from 1997 until 2010. She was married to former First Minister of Wales Rhodri Morgan until his death in 2017.
